what's your instant response when you find out that someone/some people were talking about you?

"wahh! ehh.... how can like that...?"
"eh! what's your problem!"
"aiyahh anyway i also can't stand him/her so never mind.."
"watch out ah!"
"steve, where's your baseball bat....."

hahaha so insecure loh you all! HAHA if you noticed, i didn't even say that the person was talking bad about you! i only said that he/she/they was/were talking about you.

might have been something good, you know. (:

why couldn't you have thought, "haha cool. must have been saying something great, because there's nothing bad there is to say about a true proverbs31 woman of God, the Princess made in His image!"

and believe it too.

what's so great and noble about loving someone who loves you back? what's so cool about being nice and doing favours for someone who does them back?

do you think you were very nice to Jesus when He first died for you? even now after He's been so faithful, do you think you're always very nice to Him?

do you think you're so awesome that's why He loves you? do you think you're damn cool that's why He came down to die for you?

how about this.
loving someone who very well doesn't deserve your love, being nice to someone who does nasty things to you and everyone else around you, doing a favour for a person who never says thanks but instead always complains that the favour wasn't good enough, blessing someone who is always complaining that you aren't good enough.

think about it. and at the same time, thank your Daddy for being that person to you.

(ohhkayy.. sorry for sounding so harsh. hahaha)

sometimes, God impresses in your heart to talk to this person, or build up a relationship with him/her.

but you know, don't use that, or even worse, don't let that be an excuse to be a CODfish. C.O.D = compulsive OBSESSIVE disorder.

okay i'm not telling you to go and be so stupid and disobey God lah.. "no! bok say i will become a codfish, so, i'm sorry God, but no! i won't talk to that person!"

wahh slap you ah! worse, i take the codfish and slap you ah!

don't be dumb! use your own wisdom to judge, to see where and when you need to draw the line! especially if that person is of the other gender.

if you think you will not know where/when/how to draw the line, please tell a friend/leader who will know, so that your friend/leader can tell you if you step out of line.

it's for your own good, and of course, for the good of that person as well. (you think everyone want to be closely associated with you ah!) =D

until one fine day someone comes up to you and tells you hey you know you used to be like that last time, what happened to you now? you'ce changed so much! and for the better too.

ahhh. and that's when you can start to testify of His grace in your life. it's all undeserved. (:
