MY HAND IN YOURS ;

there is just so much to share. so much so much.

i am bursting, i am overflowing, i am growing, i am learning, i am maturing, i am being moulded into Proverbs31, i am being prepared for greater things to come, i am getting ready to bless and love out of an overflow.

don't correct because it will benefit that person (and of course, indirectly yourself and others). correct out of pure love. correct because you love. love because you have first been loved.

you cannot force someone to grow. give them time. as much time as they need. but don't let that hinder your growth.

Daddy showed me with a picture. you have a little seedling. it will one day grow into a beautiful plant, fresh green leaves, beautiful scented blossoms.

but it all takes time. it's a process. you want so much to see the blossoms, you want so much to smell that sweet scent.

so you give it too much fertiliser, you give it too much water, you give it too much sunlight.

it will die.

you can't force the plant to grow, but on the other hand, don't let it affect your own life. you don't sit by the plant 24/7 and watch it.

you just feed it (water it and give it fertiliser) when the plant needs it. it will grow. it will. slowly, but surely, and steadily. at it's own pace.

but it will grow, the blossoms will blossom, the sweet scents will come. at it's own pace.

when you see nothing happening on the outside, you never know what's happening quietly under the soil. the roots are going deeper, it's foundation, stronger.

quiet and unseen, but powerful. and you know what, as the inside is prospering, the outside has to follow. it has to, and it will. healthy roots = healthy plant.

Daddy, thank You for being my dance partner. even though sometimes i want to snatch the lead from You, even though i step on Your toes countless times, even though i lose my footing. thank You for being so sweet. thank You for being patient. thank You for sticking with me, for not giving up on me. thank You for being a gentleman. thank You for dancing with me throughout, in the sunshine, in the rain, in the gentle breeze, even in a hurricane. thank You for taking my hand and holding me close to You. whatever dance it is, sad, happy, playful, fun, intense, thank You for dancing with me. yes Lord, we will dance. we will dance. (:

and this is love, that He gave up His life for His friend. i am His best friend.
