in the end, when everything seems to be going against you, you can choose to say that it all doesn't matter, you can choose to say that Daddy doesn't love you anymore.

you can choose to blame Him, you can choose to say He failed you.

you could even choose to say that it was your own fault, that you never worked as hard as you should have, that you never trusted Him enough.

you can choose to believe that you're really a failure. you can choose to focus on all the bad and be blind to every blessing.

you can choose to cry, you can choose to be sad, you can choose to give up.

(: i know i know. by now, you really sound like such an ass right. so let me break the good news to you already!

after all that, do you know that He still doesn't blame you. do you know, He still loves you just the same, if not more. He still chooses to believe in you.

He still cares for you, He still doesn't want you to worry. He still longs to see your beautiful smile.

He still cares and He never once did give up on you. He doesn't even condemn you or blame you.

He still isn't pissed off at you. and yes, He still hasn't fallen off His throne.

you wanna know why?

it's just because you're His beloved child. just because He promised, more than two thousand years ago, that He'll never leave you, never will He forsake you.

because two thousand years He promised that He would never give up on you. it will never be over until He says it's over.

HE WILL STILL LOVE YOU AND ALWAYS WILL LOVE YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE YOU! THE WAY YOU ARE MAKES YOU SO IRRESISTABLE TO HIM!

i choose to let go. i choose to lean on Him. i choose to let Him love me, and i choose to believe that through it all, He is my one and only true success.
